Sector A

In February 2002, three musicians from Quebec, Canada (MrSchultz, Sylvain Pinsonneault, & Stéphane Prévost) got together to form the band SECTOR A.

Beyond a shared passion for music, each of the band members has a remarkable interest for the musical style of the Canadian band RUSH. When united to perform live, the combined talent and enthusiasm of SECTOR A's "Power Trio" generate a special chemistry to successfully recreate, with amazing fidelity, the unique musical ambiance of RUSH.

SECTOR A uses the finest quality acoustic instruments and electronic equipment to faithfully reproduce the evoluton of RUSH's sound over the decades of its musical accomplishments. The SECTOR A set lists, to the delight of many RUSH fans, cover the most important periods of the musical career of this important Canadian icon.

SECTOR A emulates a RUSH performance at every detail.  The well-known musical complexity of RUSH's music requires a rigorus technical approach and each SECTOR A musician plays his instrument with excellence.  More importantly, no song is performed live unless the SECTOR A "Power Trio" is certain to recreate the specific emotion that RUSH intended.  The result: the audience is amazed and touched by a stellar SECTOR A live performance.
